Booking Terms of Service (TOS)

By using ZyzzMarket’s services, you agree to the following terms:

Agreement: All transactions are solely between the client and ZyzzMarket. ZyzzMarket guarantees service as outlined in this TOS and in the service descriptions.

Authorized Communication: Clients are not permitted to communicate with ZyzzMarket staff outside of the official bot. Any payments made outside the bot are unauthorized and will not be protected or refunded by ZyzzMarket.

Booking Cancellation Warranty: All bookings come with a cancellation warranty. In the event of cancellation, ZyzzMarket will either reattempt the booking or provide a full refund.

Payment Security: Clients must use the crypto addresses provided in the /start message. Accepting or sending funds to an address provided by any staff member outside of this message voids ZyzzMarket’s responsibility for refunds or loss of funds.

Prepaid Sales: Prepaid sales are non-refundable and include only a balance guarantee. Clients are advised to review the prepaid TOS. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in disappointment.
