Kindled Flame - Same tile - Supp left, Dps right looking in, TM adjust (2 pair stacks and 3 fire crystals, there will be one square by the boss that is safe that you can share with both stacks) 
Charmed Flight - Another 4 rotating halfroom cleaves, this time with pairs of fire crystals. Remember rotation order and dodge cleaves and crystals in middle 2 columns (boss cleave will always be 2 swaps and 1 stay, fire crystals can be 3 swaps or swap stay swap)

CHANGE LOG
3/16 - Boss 3 raidplans cleaned up (no strat changes), bin finalized moving changelog to bottom  
3/9 - Boss 2 Anchor MQ4 strat added (cleaner chains), Boss 3 corner spurned strat improved with optional melee uptime, updated boss 3 markers for each spurning strat (new markers for corner/uptime, BD markers updated to match raidplan)
3/8 - Doubling raidplan improved
3/6 - Boss 2 raidplans have been cleaned up, Silent 8 and chain prepositions have been changed all else remains the same, markers have been updated for Silent 8, adding alternative Spurned FLames strat (pls be clear in your pf which you want to use)
3/5 - Boss 1 raidplans have been cleaned up (all same strats, much prettier now!)
3/4 afternoon - removing uptime curse cause its not uptime, replacing with more straightforward strat, updated spurning to be more precise, updated Malefic 2
3/4 morning - added Pari's Curse strat, updated Pari's curse for uptime, swapping familiar call for a cleaner plan (no strat changes), boss 2 waymarks cleaned up
3/3 evening - swapped alluring 2 prios to be consistent with alluring 1, updated Aqua Spear to uptime variant
