  - System Limiting factor is number of saturating condensers,
    controlling the return water flow rate, but it is pretty close to the
    limit of the turbine vents, and about 90% of the limit of the
    brine/lithium production.
  - The neutron activator only works during the day, but am

    to run out if there is a long enough sequence of rain/night
    that prevents the activator from running.
