STATS
-IVs can be from 0-31, can be random or manual
-EVs MUST be 0, eggs cant have EVs

ATTACKS
-has at least one move
-no TMs (cant teach those to an egg)
-only basic moves (moves it learns at level 1)

RULES OF LUDLOCKE:
Basic Rules:
- Any Pokémon that faints is considered dead, and must be released or put in the Pokémon Storage System permanently.
- The player may only catch the first Pokémon encountered in each area, and none else. If the first Pokémon encountered faints or flees, there are no second chances.
- The captured Pokemon is replaced with an egg from the storage unit and the egg is leveled up to the level of the captured Pokemon.
- The general consensus is that a black out/white out is considered to be "game over", even if there are Pokémon left in the PC.
- If the Pokemon you submitted dies you are banned from the stream until Ludwig beats the Elite 4.
