Grab the gold bracelet (+20 STR) in tutorial area.

Go to palace 2 and grab the ghost sword (300 STR sword), then head up to the key and take a hit on the way there and die after you get the key to deathwarp to the entrance. Then head for the boss.

Go to palace 3 and just grab both keys, skip the lantern because it's out of the way. Go down in the dark to grab the first crystal and hit the bonfire, then grab the second crystal in the upper area, hit the bonfire before the boss, go to the third crystal and fall to your death to deathwarp back to the boss.

Go to the first palace and the first door will be unlocked allowing you to just go straight into the second half, pick up the key and head straight to the boss.

Go to palace 4 and just head straight to the keys and then boss, pick up the dragon fang (+50 STR) in the second area and swap that with the gold bracelet, grabbing the bonfire in the second area after the first locked door is recommended because all the enemies in here one shot you after fall damage. Level up and put all your points into STR on either the first or second bonfire here depending on if you grab it, every extra hit on the final boss saves time because there's less of a chance he does his shockwave attack which you need to block.

A good run will about 19 minutes.
