$300 Bounty for Priest John Bulla Footage

This bounty is being offered by myself and @bitchmailman. It will be paid in full upon delivery of the
requested footage. There is no deadline.

What are we looking for?

We're looking for a specific video of a prank call. Priest John S. Bulla is filming himself talking on the phone.
The person he's talking to is claiming to be the spirit of Abraham Lincoln. It's very clear that the man speaking
is a black man, and Priest John comments on this. The man on the phone claims that it's because he's using his 
"graveyard voice". The video is almost certainly longer, but this is the exact section of video we're
looking for.

Who is Priest John S. Bulla?

Priest John S. Bulla was a crazed lunatic and registered sex offender from St. Petersberg, Florida. He first came
across our radar sometime around 2014 when we found his Craigslist ads looking for a roommate. His apartment was
consistently filthy and covered with printed out photos of nude women. His online history apparently goes back to
2009, but you'll have to read the Encyclopedia Dramatica article on him if you want more details. At one time, the
video we're looking for was hosted on ED, but it doesn't seem to be there anymore. Here's a link to the article if
