Woodcutting: Highest tree up till Yew, skip magics, do redwood. Redwood + Yew if you got dual chop (highly recommended)

Fishing: Highest xp fish up till Fanfish, then Cave fish, manta, whale.

Firemaking: Best log up till yew; then if still using up logs from wcing its Magic > Yew > Redwood, if need to chop more (shouldnt) its Redwood > Magic > Yew

Cooking: Just the highest xp fish Shrimp -> Sardine -> Herring -> Seahorse -> Lobster -> Anglerfish -> Crab -> Carp -> Shark -> cave fish -> manta -> whale

Mining: Highest up till mithril, then mithril till 99

Smithing: Highest up till mithril, then mithril plates till 99 (need ~60k or so mithril ore, 240k coal ore) 

Thieving: Highest, though its worth staying on farmers till ~ 88 or so for seeds

Farming: Highest, though collect ~200k of each snape grass and carrots for herblore (also check herblore progression for early herbs too, check thieving for how to get seeds)

Fletching: Highest bow, stringing where needed to avoid going back to WCing

Crafting: Highest leathers up till greens, green bodies till 99 or if youve started djav moneymaking method, reds.

Runecrafting: Even mix earth/fire till you can make enough lavas for 99 (250k of each) (mine the rune essence post 99 mining with skillcape so you get free coal, requires 200k rune essence or so) Alternatively just make the highest xp rune you can, takes significantly longer but you get /some/ useful things out of it. (takes 50k more rune essence too)

Herblore: Birds nest 900 -> controlled heat 600-> Generous Cook 970 -> skilled fletching 1100 -> Crafting -> 16400 -> Herblore 2600-> Generous Harvest 100k

Alt Magic/Magic: Learning -> Item alchemy 1  (or skip if you dont have 8000 junk items)-> bone offering -> blessed offering (though combat magic is faster vs the right enemies)
