How can I play on Mac?
 
3DXChat is designed to run on Windows PC only, but a lot of users are playing on Mac.
You can use the PlayOnMac software to run Windows apps on Mac. http://www.playonmac.com/en/
 
I have a problem with starting the game

2) Make sure you have installed and you are running the latest video card drivers:

I have a problem connecting to the game server
 
1) Run the game (and the patcher) as administrator but first add the game (and the patcher) to the exception list of your firewall and antivirus.
2) Try to turn off your firewall and antivirus software. Because it can affect your connection to your system and block the game from connecting to the web.
3) Make sure that your ISP (Internet Service Provider), router and firewall don't block any of the following ports: 8124, 81 (TCP protocol).
4) Add all our websites to the trust list of your firewall and antivirus: 3dxchat.com, sexgamedevil.com
5) Add our server's IP addresses to the trust list of your firewall and antivirus: 198.105.215.52, 54.72.64.172
6) You can configure your network settings to use the Google Public DNS. It's not so hard to do. But remember this will affect all internet activity, not just 3DXChat.

Set up your game to use either the US Proxy or EU Proxy connection instead of the US Direct connection with the drop-down menu at the login screen.
