General
=======
- Added Higher Resolution (F6) and Fullscreen Support (F5)
	- Game assets remain 544x416, so may blur if fullscreen at too-high resolution
- WASD Support has been added

Balance
=======
- Added "Rhythm" pseudo-stat, which affects speed of Ring QTEs

- Added "Reflex" pseudo-stat, which affects Arrow QTE difficulty
	- Both of these are acquired via some new equipment
	- Hard/Easy QTE settings effectively adds/substracts a free point of this
	- Should not affect intentionally unbeatable QTEs

- Twin Punch now deals physical damage (ie. not your weapon's element)
- Most melee attacks (Strike, Fire Punch, etc.) can now Miss
	- Pure magical attacks (Ember, Pulse, etc.) cannot Miss

- Buffed Last Laugh

7F (Kaori)

	- Requires Karen to have departed the floor
